Dilara Ormanli

I'm Dilara from Turkey, a 27 year old industrial engineer with a big passion for personal growth, creativity, and meaningful human connection. After working for several years in quality systems and process improvement in the manufacturing sector, I realized that I want to be part of something more people-focused, where learning and contribution go hand in hand.

Outside of my professional background, I'm a very curious and hands-on person. I love painting, hiking, dancing, and exploring new things ike trying to play guitar or learning how to make candles! I find joy in the process of learning, even when I'm not perfect at it.

I've been part of several volunteer projects in the past, from supporting children at a horse-riding therapy center to organizing events for international students. What excites me most about this project is the chance to combine my creative energy with a meaningful educational environment. I truly believe we all grow better together.
